If you haven't yet heard of the R.E.W.L.® diet plan { Real Easy Weight Loss } , you soon will. Just remember, you heard it from the expert, not some coke guzzling, cookie crunching, pizza chomping opinion giver who's primary education about weight loss comes from a magazine and who's primary experience comes from the co-workers at the water cooler!
Having said that...The R.E.W.L.® diet is a real gift for those who are just NOT hyper-motivated, or who DO NOT love working out, or who just DO NOT have much discipline.
If you are like most (when we're honest) and just plain ol' -- "don't have what it takes" to make those other diets work, then you've found what you've been looking for.
Who Likes Dieting Anyway...???
I mean do you really know anyone who enjoys dieting? Do you know anyone who enjoys weighing food? How about anyone who enjoys passing up the snack isle at the grocery store or the chip isle?? If you do know someone like that.... you had better have them examined by a doctor because they are either in some serious denial or they have completely lost their mind.
